Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo
Established in the year 1700, Ca'n Joan de s'Aigo is probably the oldest ice-cream parlour in Mallorca. It serves ice creams, hot chocolate and local pastries, such as "quartos" - a soft and spongy cake - or the classic "ensaïmada".
