Manacor is distinguished by the numerous carpentry workshops, among which are still those dedicated to the artisanal manufacture of traditional Mallorcan wooden furniture. The wood of the olive tree is of high quality and has long been used to make a series of gadgets and utensils for home decoration, kitchen tools and even furniture.
