La Beateta a Palma
Parade of floats to commemorate the beatification of Sister Catalina Tomàs in 1792, who was born in Valldemossa in 1531 and has been worshipped as a saint since 1930. Floats from all the towns of Mallorca take part and travel along the main streets of Palma: Paseo Mallorca, Jaume III, La Rambla and end at the Church of Santa Magdalena, where the incorrupt body of the Mallorcan Saint is kept.
