Back Alaró Market

Alaró Market

It was a market where mainly agricultural products, fruit and vegetables were traded. At the end of the 1990s, in order to attract more stallholders and buyers, the market was moved to Saturdays.

Nowadays, in addition to the aforementioned products, new stalls selling sausages, dried fruit and nuts, clothes, flowers and handicrafts have been added to the market.

Most of the stallholders come from the Raiguer and Pla de Mallorca areas, while most of the buyers are locals, although a large number of people come to visit the town at the weekends.
