R1 Viewpoints
Set off from Peguera, a coastal destination 6 km from Andratx, famous for its beach and its Mediterranean atmosphere. Andratx, with art galleries and its fishing port, is the starting point for exploring the Tramuntana mountain range. Ride up to Coll de sa Gramola, discovering Cala de ses Ortigues and its natural beauty. Stop at viewpoints such as Ricardo Roca and Torre des Verger, and then continue towards Cala Estellencs, embedded between cliffs of red clay. Banyalbufar and its poetic surroundings then lead on to Valldemossa, a picture-postcard country village. Just a short ride away, Deià is a bohemian village famous for its visitors, such as the late writer Robert Graves, and provides a truly magical experience with its museum and quaint cemetery.
