R4 Lighthouses and cliffs
Start at the Cap de Ses Salines Lighthouse and then cross through Ses Salines, a town famous for its salt production and its restaurants. The salt flats are a protected habitat for birds and ultimately form Es Trenc Beach, famous for its turquoise waters and dazzling white sand. After riding along roads lined with cheese factories and ancient pastureland, you'll arrive at Capocorb Vell, an important prehistoric site open to visitors. The route then continues along the coast, offering spectacular views of cliffs for fourteen kilometres. The final stop is at Arenal and Can Pastilla, near Palma, extremely popular among visitors thanks to their great atmosphere, plentiful services, and endless beaches.
